Photographing an upcoming residential real estate listing shoot for

ReMax Dynamic Properties. This home, located in Anchorage's Kempton Hills subdivision, was a mid-1980's build with modern updates to most rooms and wonderful staging by a local professional. In order to capture the wide-open floorplan of the main floor, I shot with a lot of natural light. Natural light interior shots were bracketed and combined in an exposure fusion preset in my favorite HDR software. Some smaller rooms and detail shots were done with single or double exposure (window pulls) with off-camera strobe lighting. Fireplaces were digitally lit in Photoshop. All interior shots were done with a Canon 6D body and an EF 17-40 4.0L lens. Exteriors captured with my Sony NEX-6 (because I appreciate the on-screen HUD with live levels).
