Northern Lens Real Estate Photography is now offering 3D virtual tours created with the state-of-the-art Matterport 3D Scanning camera.  Provide your clients with a highly useful and impressive 3D scan of the entire property.  Homebuyers will be able to virtually walk through the property using a web browser or mobile device.  

What is it?  

Matterport is a revolutionary camera that combines floor-to-ceiling 360-degree photography with infrared structural scanning.  As the operator moves the camera around the home, the camera rotates to capture every square inch of interior space.  Later, a computer maps the photographs onto the scanned 3D surfaces.  The result is a highly realistic model of the home which one can walk through virtually.  The user is able to move from space to space in the home at-will, taking virtual steps, and look up and down and all around.  It is possible to look out of windows, step into bathrooms and closets, go up and down stairs, and move freely from room to room.

Our powerful Matterport 3D cameras create virtual walk-through showcases similar to Google Street View on Google Maps but with high-definition resolution. This isn’t just a panoramic photo taken from an isolated location. This is a full-scale digital model with rapid 3D visualization.

Matterport virtual tours will allow the potential homebuyer to click a link on the listing and virtually walk through the home via a web browser or mobile device (iPhone, etc).  This "virtual showing" is especially advantageous for listings that may interest out-of-state buyers or for listings that are not in a convenient location for showings.  This is most immersive way to explore a space currently available to home buyers on the web.

Can I personalize it?

Matterport listings are branded for the listing agent / broker and contain next-step contact information for interested homebuyers.  Simply apply the provided link to MLS similar to a standard virtual tour.  Use the embed link to insert the tour into a web page or email.  Tours are hosted by Northern Lens Real Estate Photo for 6 months - free of charge.

1500-2500 Sq. Ft - $300

2500 - 4000 Sq. Ft - $400
